The working principle of manual baler is:
after wrapping the baling band around the baling material, manually operate the baler to tighten the band and complete the bundling work. The purpose is to make the product easy to carry.
Preparation stage:
First, make sure the baler is in good condition with no damaged or missing parts. Choose the right baling band according to the need
Start baling:
Wrap the strapping steel bands in an anti-clockwise direction and insert them between the punching scissors and the gap between the tensioning wheel and the friction liner. After adjusting the steel strapping, start cranking the tensioning hand lever until the item is strapped to the desired level. Finally, push forward on the blocking hand lever to the limit position to complete the blocking and cut off the remaining straps.
FINISHING BALING:During the baling process, make sure all parts are properly aligned and fit tightly.
