1.Application
Explosion-proof motor vehicle is designed for the existence of gas and coal dust explosion risk of mine tunnel transport of special vehicles, its core features are embodied in the use of explosion-proof special power supply device and explosion-proof motor electrical appliances constitute the explosion-proof system.For hauling mine cars and transporting raw coal, ore, gangue, materials, equipment, personnel, etc.
2.Operating Environment Requirements
Designed for the mine tunnel with gas concentration more than 0.5%, it can operate stably in the complex environment of 95% relative humidity and the altitude below 2000 metres.
3.Technical features
It adopts IGBT chopper or frequency conversion speed control system to realise precise speed regulation under different load conditions. The chassis structure supports three standard rail gauges of 600/762/900mm, which is suitable for most of the mine track specifications. The battery pack adopts modular design, which is easy to replace and maintain in underground environment.
Explosion-proof performance is achieved through a threefold guarantee:
